    What should I have for dinner tonight, do you think?

    I've got some Turkish Sucuk sausages. Something with coucous or bulghur wheat, do you think?

    I grew up eating in a couple of Turkish Cypriot restaurants. They always gave us

    sucuk, borek and mititi. Mititi were little kofte-like meatballs, but somehow much better than kofte. I know not how.
