    Good to see our confidence about Sherwood's tactical naivety was correct

    The press are already taking the piss out of his old fashioned 4-4-2 tactics. He'll either persist with it and continue to be ridiculed, labelled Redknapp-lite, or change to a formation he doesn't believe in or feel comfortable with. Win-win either way really

    Assuming they would have to just pay up his contract. Can't they manage his performance?

    Start setting him some achievable goals like winning a home game and then give him a disciplinary when that doesn't happen? Fire him in the end.
