    Did you do the bit where you put your legs on the wall and stand on your hands?

    I'm pouring with sweat as I write this. Just did an intense 10 mile ride in preparation for a time trial. I'm now in the garden, laying in the sun beside the river Stour as I glug a pint of orange juice (Sainsbury's own brand - the Valencian one) and recover.

    Back to city life tomorrow
