the Politico health reporter can't find anyone who has signed up anybody for Obamacare in the whole state of Texas.

Even Think Progress could only come up with someone that they counseled about Obamacare, not someone who actually signed up. They acted like she signed up, but when you read the text you will find that she actually didn't.
