    How come when they take photos of food they look so bloody awful.

    When I take a quick snap of a dish it looks great.

    How can they get it so wrong?

    disclaimer I am not the type to take photo of my dinner in a restaurant. Unless I am abroad and it's a novelty food like a big burger or something.
