So our dishwasher stopped working again and rather than pay for another callout and extended warranty I just bought a new one. It's a built in one (ie the sort where you put a kitchen cupboard door on the front so it's hidden away). But this has always previously been problematic for me since there is nothing to show you how long the wash will last.
Not with this new model. It has a discreet projector on the bottom which produces a little heads-up display thing on the kitchen floor with the time to go, some icons showing what cycle stage it's at etc, etc. Very useful. But the best bit, imho, is that it does this with an effect a bit like Princess Leia's hologram message hidden within R2D2.
This IS the dishwasher you've been looking for.
Like PSRB and his mixer, I am a bit overly chuffed with it.
It also washes dishes very well.
Sounds like we need a new dishwasher pronto.

the bloody water dispenser is bust and the internal fan is knacked as well
sponsored fridge, but it was the best and is indeed ace.
I might add
The freezer part works fine but the fridge bit is on the way out
to clean all the glasses, marvellous piece of kit
