4th is the least I expect from this Arsenal team of the last few years. But equally 4th is the best I expect.

Physically it is impossible, do the math.

Every team wants to progress every year though, but you have to be realistic.

You are a very fine window of expectation. It's like saying 'I expect Arsenal will win 3-0 today' rather than 'I expect Arsenal will win today'.

Truth be told, it's a bit of a non-point.

My expectation is that we do something we have either achieved or bettered for the last 16 years or whatever it is now. I am obviously pleased if we better that. But I don't expect it.

I think by expecting no more or less than 4th you are setting yourself up for disappointment, m.

I would at least like to remain at the third best team in the league.
