Could it be because the team know that it is full of dross, or they are not coached, have no strategy, lack leadership etc?

stop making excuses, admit you were beaten by a better side. I don't think he would be tolerated at any of the top clubs in europe, it will be interesting to see what teams offer him a job once this contract is finished because his glory days are dfinitely gone.
