teams owners.The league knows how to milk the public and the taxpayers too though.just look at the Los Angeles situation.The 2nd biggest market in the us and it hasn't got a team.Why?..because the owners use it as leverage when they want something from a city..you wont build us a stadium,well then we will move to La.It's all about the bennys
