I have to drive to London later, Does rush hour still exist?

I was in the city a few weeks ago and it was pretty dead but went by train.

I got off a train at Victoria last Wednesday at midday and the station was empty. Eerie. Roads were quiet, too. I’d say driving will be ok.

Anyway, cooking some Times mag recipe for sea bream and samphire with loads of herbs, jerseys, butter and cider in an oven dish. Wish me luck.
