Today I didn’t and my iPhone sent me a alert to ask me if I’d like to set my alarm for 45 minutes time

Have to admit I kinda fancy a little nap now.
My Apple Watch kept waking me up as my heart rate dipped below 40 until I worked out how to turn that function off!
