:hehe: I can't divulge this information. For example you see a confident fella crossing the road in a dangerous place. He'll vault the railings. I can't do this.

Vaulting is not jumping. Different skill altogether.

practice and working up from small vaults over railings..its all in the arm and swing and the motion if you taling about the cool one arm leg swing over central london barriers in road etc...:) very satisfying when done..its commitment and beleif pat
