IUFG they have reduced my salary

What’s the rules on this.

Sounds like that is a unilateral breach to your terms and conditions, f.

Unless you agreed to it, which I doubt, it is unlawful.

Thought so. They just sent an email out to the whole office saying salary cut 20%

Nothing in my contract saying this. They do have a clause to reduce my hours.
But of course if I rock the boat I’ll get the chop.
