Once again thank you all for your donations to a great cause and it will all help with my determination whilst on the ride in..just 6 days now! Last big ride today and got some personal bests :) 100 miles in 5 and half hours was one of them so all on track.
Also dont worry if you have donated yet or want to do more as it will be open until after I do the Marlow Half Iron triathalon on July 17th, £2115 raised so far which is amaz..ing! This week whilst working out the drive to Fishguard on Friday I moaned about how far it was and a 4 hour drive from Marlow..then realised I'm going to ride it ..oh :)
Hopefully I'm as ready as I can be, since Jan 1st , I've run 1001 miles and ridden 2100 miles as well as gym and swim..so 344470 extra calories burnt..ish, so hopefully wont let anyone down!
