Every year we have won the league in my lifetime I have said at the start of the season that we could win it. And the only years where I said that and was wrong were 1999 and 2003.
I know when we are good enough. It just hasn't come up that often in the last couple of decades :-(
Two years ago we were good enough (aftr a slow start) but City were ever so slightly better.
This season.... well, in any other year we wouldn't win it. But this year, we really, really should.
