Two things spring to mind. One is injuries, the other is that ****ing irritating noise when they score at Stamford Bridge, like someone is bashing shopping trolleys together.

I'd stand up for the second kick. Put a doubt in their heads so they cant roll it down the middle.
If you guess every single time you are giving them an easy out.
I do like that idea.
I also like the idea of tossing a coin by the goalpost before each kick. Put doubt in their minds that the coin knows so maybe they should go the other way.

I would just watch the ball. Very few takers can properly disguise which way they're going to go.

Bear in mind, standing up is also a guess. A legitimate one.
Apparently, Saka didn't take the penalty against Everton because he has spent far too long practicing penalties with Pickford for England.
