Nothing major happening
but if you had the following 2 options what would you go for.
Option 1) large company with a decent jump in salary. a lot more at home than before. but much the same.
Option 2) smaller company but almost double the salary and you are not quite sure you are cut out for the job even if it's somewhat similar but not hiding and it's a gamble, but you feel like an imposter.
the background is you worked for our current job for nearly 10 years.

Everyone thinks they are an 'imposter' to some extent. Just remember a cold, hard truth- most people are ****ing **** at their jobs. How can you possibly be any worse than them? :-)

Yeah it would be the next step. I was hoping it would happen in my current place but due to lots of changes I am stuck in the same position for many years. I am pretty much doing all the stuff I would be doing in the more senior role but without being compensated for it. Actually worse off financially than the same time last year due to wanting us back in the office more and a crap bonus.Quote:
