We haven't looked remotely like scoring at any point in this half. Despite almost total control.

Well I?d put it differently, we look a lot like scoring until it comes to playing the crucial ball, then it all goes badly wrong.

Rice?s overhit ball to Trossard being the worst. That was a goal waiting to happen and all it required was a simple ball to Trossard?s feet, Rice f@cked it up

Well there?s a little more to scoring than simply the final ball, there?s controlling possession, getting people into the right positions, making the right runs off the ball etc

Then you have to play the right ball and stick it away. It?s that second last bit we seem to struggle with right now. Of course there are set pieces and moment?s of individual brilliance as well. But we aren?t any good at those either.

Decent bit of play from Timber and a great finish - these things can happen when you are controlling the game and have people forward in the right positions, less so when you don?t
