I'm sorry but this Leicester or Tottenham winning the league has to stop now.
We must not let this happen.
Win win win they'll bottle it later. Granted it's out of our hands and not a lot of games left but we must win
-
The horrible, horrible truth is that we simply have to hope Leicester start dropping points in
the full knowledge that the most likely beneficiaries of them doing so is Spurs.
It's just the absolute pits of a situation. Worse than getting bummed by a Bangladeshi in Basel :-(
-
Oh, I can't do that. I'm fully anyone but Spurs at this stage. And the most realistic candidates to
stop Spurs are clearly Leicester. That's just how it is, I'm afraid. :-(
-
Hoping for one of them to have a collapse in form is one thing, but hoping both will isn't realistic
We simply have to hope Leicester keep winning.
-
Spurs have Liverpool away and United at home next. Might be tricky but who knows this season.
They will have to play Chelsea later on and Southampton
Leicester' last 3 games will be trick if the table is closer.
I really hope we can do our part and put some wins in
-
who knows it's been a very strange season.
-
Ordinarily if you had two seasoned challengers up there, I would agree.
But both are utterly unknown quantities in terms of their ability to see the job through of winning a title.
So I think it’s entirely realistic to imagine they both might stumble.
-
On the other hand, the season could be over by the time they each realise the pressure they're under
-
I will predict both Leicester and Spurs will get maximum 1 point out of their next 2
Fixtures.
What we will do is a another story
-
Spurs will trip up, I'm sure of it. Leicester I just don't know.
Frankly we just have to keep winning, sod thinking about them.
-
On that basis then it is also realistic to assume we will stumble in the same period.
-
or get hammered and they go off the rails
-
Think Leicester kicked for home too soon
Huge lead but still a fair ways to go...Palace were unlucky not to get a draw on Saturday.
Wenger is right about it not being a 2 horse race when we're only 3 behind Spurs provided we win our game.
Must win all our games...initially we don't the others to lose...draws will do and then the pressure will build.
-
Our form since Christmas has been one long stumble, though. I'm not sure it counts as a stumble if
you're already stumbling.
-
They've already lost a few games each.
-
I do not assume anything. But yes, of course we might stumble.
-
This is a key issue which I think many are overlooking.
Our ability to take advantage of slips by either side which allow for the reversal of a 8 point gap, so Leicester losing 3 and us winning each time.
I’m not sure of our exact list of opponents from now until end but I do know we have 1-2 tricky away games plus then any game against a side close to the bottom, save for Villa, is a scrap.
-
Any home game is a scrap, basically.
-
we may go on a mini win streak making it seem possible again
-
More of a derailing train than a stumble.
Elneny and Iwobi just might get us back on the rails, though. Second place is ON!
-
The f**k up, such as it is, has already happened, I think.
What we still have now though is an opportunity to redeem the situation.
-
It's alright SW, Leicester are going to finish on 72 points.
-
-
They've stopped winning convincingly. A few very spawney one nils recently, it must be said.
Stuff of champions to keep grinding out the results I suppose.
On the other hand, if we can drop 8 points in three games, anything must be possible.
-
So we are going to top them by 7?
And people still argue that he is not a wind-up creation of a very bored mind.
-
An 18 point swing. Quite the collapse

-
We often / always / usually / sometimes win 8 in a row at the end of the season.
-
We normally have a slight dip as we ready ourselves for the cup final
