How many Awimbers arrived here via another forum or message board?
I used to post for donkey's years at Steve Gleiber's Arsenal Forum. It had a-glow-in-the-dark green background beneath the text. I think I must have been too hypnotized to browse anywhere else.
It was like Awimb but with O'Levels compared to the CSEs generally found here... When Steve passed away, I drifted to Awimb.

Does usenet count? I posted (and mainly lurked) there from 1999 for a couple of years.
Ian Harvey (PBUH) used to post there.
rec.sports.soccer.arsenal or something like that.

i came via the old arsenal.com message board in 2000
they had a dark background to their page, i was a student back then and was always up late, so my eyes started hurting from that dark page .....this fella told me,,,,there is another message board with a brighter page background....and voila...

That was later on I think. In the early days it was completely *Greg Mitchell's domain.
* Librarian as he was known then.

Got here bcause of Headgear's first posts in '97 or'98..we lived in the same city
