Tell me that.
At least, nobody he would rather play for.
It could go right to deadline day. If hehasnt signed by then he will probsbly go.
He does seem rather more willing to sign than rvp but then he would be if the big clubs arent fishing for him.
It was either sulking because we'd sold RvP and he was missing his mate.
Or his head is halfway to somewhere else.
Either way, it was different to one of his normal indifferent performances.
'come in for', 'swoops', 'eyeing', 'war chest'.
It's all very odd
Sounds positively revolting
Perhaps not as you say from clubs he may be interested in talking to.
If he were an intelligent lad then he would seize the moment and take advantage of fan's emotions in the aftermath of van Persie's departure. Sign a new contract, say the right things and lo and behold an element of support would sing songs about him and how he is and was Arsenal to the core.
Personally I would have the f**ker sold 4-5 weeks ago.
If so, it will probsbly get resolved, unless he is being ridiculous and asking for 120 grand a week.
I think we are known as a club that doesn't haggle on such issues, our offer is made and sin é.
As it stands he is 9 days from more or less being free and as a young English polite lad he still has a considerable market value I would have thought.
Otherwise he def would have been hawked around
Its part of negotiation.
Maybe he wants a central role http://www.awimb.com/images/smiley_icons/hehe.gif
And what with them sitting on the edge of their area, was always going to be difficult for him http://www.awimb.com/images/smiley_icons/shrug.gif
Quite the risk all the same.
I have always suspected he is simply too nice to **** on Arsene.
Anyway this is the season he finally delivers etc.
Maybe idealistic, but where's the gratitude?
They are young lads who think they are gods. Gratitude doesnt come into it.
I can see it being a regular opposition tactic at our place.
Tbh I find going to many of our home games a bit like Groundhog day for this very reason.
This is how He wants to play. We create enough chances to win games though, so it's not as if it's not working.
Slightly naive and unrealistic.
Arsene should tell them they are f**king nothing, the **** on his shoes.
Might work http://www.awimb.com/images/smiley_icons/smile.gif
creative midfielders in this summer who can move the ball quickly and generally create space. I'm sure the this is not unrelated to the problems we face both home and away against the lesser teams. Not quite sure where Theo fits in with this tbh. Possibly on the bench?
And offers pace in behind, should space exist. He's knackered when his pace goes though...
