So RvP looks very likely to be on his way to the Mancs? :(
***ing sickening :( I mean WTF?
Other news, an old mate of mine who works for Celtic confirmed that Arsenal and Man Utd scouts where definitely present in their Match against Helsinki last week in Europe.
I wouldn't mind Song f**king off though and M'Villa being brought in.
-
You been reading the MEN again?
-
Sky Sports just said there during their transfer segment that senior Man Utd players
also said to the fella presenting the segment that they expect it too happen too :(
-
Sky Sports sources eh?
-
That sounds like a definite YES then, Sky Sports Understands
-
I said 'looks very likely', not definitely, numb nuts.
-
Just Malaga playing the game

-
Oh, well that's that then.
I can't see them paying it, or us selling him to them, but if he does go there, he'd be worse than Stapleton. By a mile.
-
It will be this x10
-
Why wouldn't we sell to our rivals? We've constantly being doing it.
Our board have no backbone.
I'd rather flog him off to Europe, even if it's for a few million quid less.
One too many sources saying the same thing. Can't really be ignored IMO.
-
whoever lobbed the french stick

-
If he goes ...so be it,...but to manU? the club I dislike most
that's wrong, just wrong.....wh's been advising him ? Horseface? Or his Bankmanager?
-
Domestically, we've only sold to City and Chelsea
And you can rationalise that. But we're not that far from Utd this season I don't think.
I've only seen the MEN report now this to suggest it's even remotely a possibility. No secret they've bid, but I doubt they could afford the £20m+ we're asking either. Unless we've shot ourselves in the foot and accepted a much lower offer.
-
But that was sort of true, malaga were trying to play it down
Sky sports were also first to report on cazorla flying in for a medical.
Sometimes it isnt bull****. I just want him to hurry up and f**k off so we can got on with the other work that needs doing.
-
But the board have no backbone, which they've shown by accepting the first bid that came along, r
just like they gave into Barca when they came calling for Cesc - certainly didn't put up a fight to keep for several years after they made their interest known
-
+the massive wage they're talking about for him. Looking at another 10mill per season in wages
-
But it was on Sky Sports
-
Quick someone buy them a can of spray starch
-
Nor that Nasri chap, that didn't screw up our plans last season or anything.
-

Very risky for a 29 year old with an indifferent injury record.
-
on the basis that sky sports have a 24 hour news channel and need to fill the time with things
so that people keep watching?
-
-
Still sold him for a lot less than he was worth.
Which wasnt the point you were making, admittedly. http://www.awimb.com/images/smiley_icons/smile.gif
-
Indifferent injury record?
-
I'm a generous man p.

-
I'm not. He is grey haired old crock who can f**k right off
-
Mancs won't pay £20m for him, no way, no chance
only way he goes there is if we buckle big time on price
-
still sold him on the cheap with years on his contract, depends how you look at it
-
They wont meet his wages either, not even close
But united have a way of doing this stuff. Thry may get him for 15, but not until deadline day.
It has the feel of one that will go the distance. We should focus on cutting the deadwood for now. Arshavin, bendtner, vela, park. Get a few quid in.
-
I am still struggling to work out how this injury prone bloke with only one good season
scored 95 goals for Arsenal when he knackered and ****
-
because it wasn't worth the hassle of keeping him
more than the board has no backbone
-
with his 6 months off 6 months on plan which will see him play til 45

for united
-
That is pretty much how i look at it
Although talksport have started claiming that he was allowed to run his contract down and only had a year left. Lying c**ts, basically.
-
Been there for 8 years, and he has never been shit
He has missed an awful lot of football. Even for you, that is hard to argue with, surely.
-
The extent of the no of games missed is somewhat exaggerated, no?
95 goals in seven seasons (about 14 a season) and he was not a regular in those first two is a pretty impressive haul for someone who never played as he was injured
-
There were specific issues with that one
Not really a typical example of anything.
-
They will if they can't get Moura....they need a big name signing before the season starts
and before they float shares......http://www.awimb.com/images/smiley_icons/hide.gif :biggerpictureandallthat:
-
He missed substantisl portions of between three and six months
In 3 of the 4 seasons before the last one. And we really, really missed him.
If people are making a liitle more of this than you feel appropriate, so be it. I suppose the point is that at 29 is increases the risk of paying big money for him.
-
They should sign Llorente. Or we should and sell RvP. He's so big and strong

-
