A Nasty injury for bellerin tonight would be a real pain in the arse
particularly for him if it is a buttock injury.
You dont get many buttock injuries these days...or do they just call it something else? :rubchin:
-
Jesus, that gave me a scare until I realised it was hypothetical
-
I hope not. As Mo wouldn't shut up about it.
-
The stabbing pain in his arse or the loss of a full back
Honestly, we've not had such an anally fixated poster in this place since SW's glory days
-
Hector is made of rocks. He is unbreakable.
You can quote me on that.
Lisbon is May, eh? Why announce just one night in Europe?
-
Who is the backup option now?
-
Shall we sticky that?
-
Chambers, then one of Gibbs, Coquellin or Flamini
Quite well stocked, really
-
Chambaldo.
-
Dublin, Croke Park.
I stake my reputation on these things on this.
-
Precisely. Its a festival appearance so announced earlier.
He is coming. Without wishing to be pedantic, you were wrong anyway when you said he wouldnt leave the US. They played canada :-)
-

I am 50 years old Peter. I have been wrong on many, many occasions.
I thought Ed Milliband would be prime minister by now :hehe:
I'm used to being wrong.
-
Numerically perhaps.
Anyway the young Spanish is and I quote "unbreakable".
-
Oh God I hope he doesn't. It will only make you cranky.
-
Coquelin is hardly a solution. We need him in midfield.
Nobody is doubting we have plenty of bad alternatives. It is the lack of a good one that is the issue.
As long as he isnt out for too long it wont be much of a problem.
-
Flamini at RB vs Neymar - TIS THE PROPHECY.
-
Not at all.
I would be oblivious to his performance and indeed if I met him on the street I would wish him a good day.
-
Amazing how "bad"alternatives turn out to be quite all right
-
That doesnt make pointing it out any less fun
Just a more frequent pleasure :-)
-
He kept Sir David "SIr Becks" Beckham OBE CBE MBE of Adidas quiet in the Bernibow
-
He always makes you cranky. Every time he plays here, Peter and I exchange words about how
excited we are, and you invariably interject with the important information that he is ****.
Cranky.
-
Like chambers last season and monreal at centre back?
Or like other examples where they did turn out ok?
You meant those, right? :-)
-
If it makes you happy, peter, it makes me happy.
-
Monreal at CB arguably made him into the fantastic LB he is now though
-
No, you're wrong.
He came on the radio this very morning and I did not turn it off. I told my kids who were in the back it was utter **** but I carried on, uncranky.
Hungry heart I think it was.
I think you will now accept I have clearly won this debate.
-
Monreal did well on the whole at centre back, if that is what you mean
so yes that is a good example, particular as his run there undoubtedly fueled his elevation to first choice left back and arguably most consistent player
-
"No, you're wrong." See, just the thought of him, just the rumour, is enough to make you cranky.
-
And arguably didnt.ccertainly didnt make him into a good centre back.
And chambers at right back last season doesnt seem to have helped his centre bsck play much. Maybe another dreadful stint there will sort him out :-)
-
I am relaxing in my chair.
"Everybody's got a hungry heart
Everybody's got a hungry heart
Lay down your money and you play your part
Everybody's got a hungry heart"
:music:
****. But still not cranky.
And I think you can take it as read I will not be getting you any backstage passes for Croker.
-
Do you have anything other than conjecture to back that up?
Its never easy to isolate one guy's performance from another when you are looking at a back four but certsinly ours looked f**king dodgy when those two were in it and looked fine when they werent.
I thought he looked ****e at centre back, for the record.
-
As a footy hipster, even though you are English, I assume it makes you cringe each time
an English speaking pigdog pronounces it Bernibow?
-
Well it's not just me suggesting it did, maybe you need to get a new hobby
Beyond the Springsteen obsessive thing, obviously
-
OK, it may just be pure coincidence I grant you. The fact that having adjusted he
showed many of the same qualities at ch that have made him stand out as a full back is reasonable indication. He was certainly not ****e at centre half and quite frankly an embarrassing opinion if we are to be truthful
-
No, he is right. You can be quite unpleasant at times.
All part of the charm, i suppose.
-
![vsign](images/smiley_icons/fingers.gif)
"english"
-
I have never been unpleasant.
However for the record you can f**k off and all.
You think All Mod Cons is **** and you thought Denilson was a top class footballer.
Your opinion is worth less than that of a Protestant preacher man.
-
Ooh, cranky!
-
Like I'd voluntarily cross the Welshish sea
-
Token 'Get back to Ireland then, Fast Eddie.' reply
-
No, you're wrong.
