it would be the correct decision to remove him as manager, and yet also believe that you have no idea if his successor will improve us. You aren't even confident enough to say the chances of us improving under a new man are above 50%.

Worth mentioning that GG was at Millwall in 1982 and Groves didn't join us until 1986 and we finished 10th in 1982.
PS You could say Simeone, who I genuinely think has the potential to be a great manager. Though I think he'd probably need to ditch four or five players to instil his philosophy properly and 18 months to get over the language issues.

so given his credentials and the fact he's not taking us backwards. I'm certainly happy to see what he can do with those renewed resources over the coming years.
