But my point is that a player actually trying to win the ball whose studs go up gets sent off whether he injures the player or not because it's potentially dangerous as he could seriously injure the player.
Bueno looks across to see where Leo is and then deliberately smacks him in the chin with the top of his shoulder. He intended to injure Leo off the ball and does so, giving him concussion and getting him subbed off.
That should have been a second yellow at least. Imo, it should be a straight red. He wasn't trying to win the ball, like those late, studs up tackles that get a straight red are. He decided to see if he could hurt him, had a look at where he was, decided he could and did so. Paul Davis without the justification.
