Are tenants required to keep log books these days?
I assume I will have to get a car now. I have my own space. I can't be leaving it empty.
I can't think of anybody who would be in that situation.
If you work nights you'd be out during that time.
If you work day you'll be sleeping.
Unless your operating some sort of work from your home during at the night I can't think who'd be using it.

Depends what tariff you are on and how much fuel you use
plenty of sites will work it out for you but typical family will save in the 100's
