Btw, the GLW and I got together in '98. Our second flat was from 2000 was on Lower Clapton Road. Used to watch the games in a tiny, mostly empty pub opposite run by a lovely old Irish couple. She was a Yiddo and he a Gooner. They used to put out nibbles when the NLD was on.

We left in 2004. Saw that the pub had been rebranded as Paddy O'Roielys or something.

It was called The Elephant's Head.
