Aston Villa already saw them off in the third round. Hence all the noise about them having such a bad season; you've not really had a bad season if you're still in the Cup.

Crap pitch, 9 changes, started 2x 16 year olds and Mansfield gave it a proper go. That said, they got away with about 5x challenges that should have been yellows, ref just seemed happy to let them boot us.

The boy Dowman really does look like he will be ready for first team football next year, shame he can't play on the left

True, and you could accuse me of being overly optimistic, but I can't remember a player who looked as nailed on a he does for superstardom.

Wilshere was probably the player I was most optimistic about at his age, and I still think it was only injuries that prevented that.

More Gascoigne than Grealish but yes, there are parts of both of them.

He's Odegaard's replacement, and he will be significantly better than Ode at that position in 2 years, I think
