Anyone wonder what AW would have done had he been able to spend this sort of money?

?42m on what seemed to be a 2nd choice LCH, 3rd choice LB. ?50-60m each on 2 or 3 squad forwards, when we used to have Gervinho starting and Chamak and the postman on the bench. El-Neny and Coq starting at DM.

He'd have probably still refused to spend more than ?1m on a goalie {only Cech went passed that when even the tight Jock GG spent ?1.3m on Spunky in 1990} and then bought every single midget no.10 who plays sexyball on the planet.

What do you reckon the first team and squad would have looked like had he had all that money to spend over a few years?
