Quite incredible, isn't it. I never thought for a minute that City would lose their own case but even I didn't suspect that in doing so they would get the rules changed to put us in the ****.
City basically run the league now. :-(
Love that their chief counsel is called Lord Pannick, and the Premier League are represented by May and Slaughter :-)

I believe it was clarified that nothing will be backdated, so doesn't really make any difference to us.

It was, but City are not accepting that and will be suing again.
Most likely, this ends with the rules being abandoned, the charges dropped, and a totally new set of rules being developed. By City :-)
