It was the first half of the season that let us down last year, largely due to the volume of change in midfield and in goal. We should start more settled this year. We just can't afford to let City get in front. Liverpool won that title by building a big lead and keeping it. Once City are in front they just don't drop points.Quote:

Pep has to have a dip at some point. Lot of ageing players in that squad and the threat of the PL punishment hangs over them like a bad smell. They’ll have pissed away any possibility of a negotiated settlement with that stroke they tried to pull behind closed doors. The PL won’t have liked that and I expect them to reassert their authority with some, hopefully crippling fines & deductions.
