Saliba and Saka, both in the young players list. Presumably, Mainoo will scoop that up.
No matter how poor the season, the media-United jerkathon never really ends.

That's not the amazing thing I discovered today.
The amazing thing I discovered was in the list of previous winners of manager of the season.
Tony f*cking Pulis was once named PL Manager of the Year? :yikes: :yikes: :yikes:

Foden and Palmer are on both. Mainoo had about 3x good games for United.
Saka is an odd one, I think he's had better seasons but then his stats say it's his best

Three differences:
1) This is for the year, any chancer could get lucky and win a monthly award
2) Regardless of what we think of him, I have actually seen Spurs attempt to play football under him
3) Ange isn't Tony f*cking Pulis

1. It was Manager of the YEAR
2. Ah, yes, the suicidal halfway line defensive line and 0-8-0 formation against Chelsea
3. Agreed

I assume it is a calendar year award, rather than a season award, which is in itself ****ing idiotic.
Arteta finished second in the league, Moyes won a European trophy with West Ham! But they give it to some aussie who had been at Spurs for 3 months :-)
