Speaking of Italy, how the hell has the whole 'ice-cream sandwich' idea not spread across the globe?
What is an ice cream sandwich?
Brioche con gelato? First discovered those in Sicily when I was a nipper. Outstanding.

No. That's a sweet brioche bun. Unlike the wafers, it soaks up the melted ice cream and thus becomes
quite the treat in itself when you have finished licking the ice cream.
Now that does sound good... where can you get these... apart from italy of course?
