Part of the deal that saw him move was that when Chamberlain played more than 20 mins in a match Arsenal paid Southampton a fee,so Wenger was using Chambearlain as a sub with 15,16,17,18 mins left to play,Southampton have invoiced Arsenal for the money owed in the contract because with injury time Chamberlain played 20 mins ,therefore the money was due.
