Ozil is apparently a target for United. This would be a good purchase for Arsenal, imo.
More important areas need investment first imo

It's a radical idea, but you can buy more than one player at a time
you could for instance contact Swansea and say "Here's 12 million we want Williams tomorrow morning" and then when you put the phone down call Real Madrid and say "Whatever Manure are willing to pay for Ozil, we will add a million on"
After watching them tonight do they need him?
How about a keeper, defensive midfielder and a striker first?
Then maybe look at players like Ozil etc etc. If you're playing football manager however that's a different story....
