I had the misfortune to catch some news coverage yesterday of the stalkers camped outside

that hospital for days. Hearing these people interviewed, it would probably be accurate to describe them as tailenders, or as Michael Holding might prefer: 'lower order citizens'.

I'm not making a constitutional point here, btw, just making an observation.
