Rich, I finished a course of antibiotics for a chest infection yesterday
It does seem to be clearing up, but is definitely still there and is sill leaving me a touch short of breath and prone to coughing fits and bringing up yellowey mucus
Should I get another course of antiobiotics or ride it out?
i had the antibiotics in nov and similar to you but didnt get more and it never went
I think Rich needs to prescribe a couple of pints of HTFU imo
I presume that you are fit and healthy. Your body will have already beaten the infection, it's just
a case of clearing out the 'debris' that's left over.
If it hasn't cleared up in a week/starts to get much worse then it might be worth going back for some more drugs.
i give it another week and then nothing changes
then maybe think of getting more.

Oh right i did not know that brent. well maybe then
call one of those nhs helplines for advice like nhs direct if he can,t do that. they gave me some good advice in the past.
