Apparently when cross-examined during his defence it was put to him that his victims were under age. He argued that he played his joker on the youngest one of nine, making her a perfectly legal eighteen.
In sentencing him today, the judge said "I was thinking of giving you 7 and a half months, but I am now playing my joker so you have 15".
