I remember :bendtnertime: changing to 52 and personally refunding anyone who bought his shirt.
I wonder how much that cost him? :-)

I'm with you on this. We want, as much as possible, the right numbers in the right positions.

Is Diaby wearing the 2 when itt all went wrong?

They did some photos back in the day and one of them was Diaby sitting in the dressing room with just his shorts on.

His knee looked liked the surface of the moon with all the craters and scars from the surgeries he add.

Poor chap.

I think Arsene just kept around so he didn’t top himself or something.

Didn't he say it would make him twice as good as when he was NB26?

He also did a stint for Denmark Prison FC did he not (shirt number unknown).

Not for me, it would be selling Ashley due to our own stupidity and then buying Gallas, who never seemed nearly as good for us as he did for Chelsea, and giving him the no 10.

Insane.

Still should have won the league that season. Eduardo :-(

Our no 10's massive strop at Brummieland didn't help though...

Yeah, in terms of when everything started to go wrong, it was selling Cashley. And while I agree that giving Galllas DB's no.10 shirt was wrong, Stevie Bould wore the 10 at Anfield '89. But a CM should never wear the no. 2 shirt.
