League.

Seriously:

La Gazzetta dello Sport, the country’s main sports newspaper, took a different tack and in a long article – later removed from its website without explanation – raised the unsubstantiated suspicion that Uefa is backing England for the final to please Boris Johnson after his opposition to the Super League project. It suggested, in claims reported on by others in the Italian press, that the penalty awarded to England against Denmark before their winning goal was a sign of Uefa’s support.

“Too bad,” it added. “Because England’s national team doesn’t need any help.”

Just because their country engages in match fixing all the time doesn't mean the rest of us do.

The whole Sterling dived thing is bizarre - it was a soft pen but two of their players clearly clipped him

It was a clear pen. Italians not mentioning Immobile's miraculous recovery after they scored

I just like the idea that that they seriously think that Uefa had told BJ that if "he" - i.e. not the fans here - stopped the super league, then he could tell Southgate that if a player dives in extra time, they'll make sure we get a penalty.

I know conspiracy theories are in nowadays, but come on. Shergar doing 9/11 is more believable.
