No more players who don’t want to get stuck in and defend

Grealish is perfect for what we need.

Seems pretty obvious to me.

Him driving us forward with Partey and El Sideways behind him is a Premier League winning midfield trio imo

He'd be one of the few players I'd be looking at myself. Although in Martinelli and Smith Rowe potentially we could have a World beater out of one of them. Both can more or less play the same positions and you'd be blocking them. I see both of those two having the same sort of stand out potential that you could see in Fabregas and Wilshere at a young age.
