He's in a difficult spot. He wants to play a certain way but he lacks the players to do so. There are no Xavis or Iniestas, not to mention De Bruynes or Silvas at the Arsenal, sadly. And until he signed Gabriel and Tierney there weren't many defenders of any note, either.
