there was some head teacher type on the radio this morning bascially saying everyone who was marked down should be regraded but not get a lower result than they've already achieved.

then he said, but we need to be careful not to overwhelm the universities with eligible students.

still, they've got their wish now and it will be based on teacher's grades.

cos, no teacher is ever going to give ANY of their pupils a U, are they? :rolleyes:
