is it up to 8th if we don't win the FA cup?

I am using :Fashmaths: so not sure.

Yep, though depends on the City appeal outcome. At the moment, if they are banned fifth will get Champions League 6th, 7th, 8th will get Europa (unless we win the Cup and finish 9th)

I’ve most likely jinxed us but I’ve been very pleased with the new system.

Finally a more balanced side...even Xhaka seems happy.

Next few games are awfully difficult but if this team keeps on improving we have a chance...

I’ve placed bets on:

Top 4 - 125/1
Top 5 - 45/1
Top 6 - 12/1

Am I being naive in thinking that 5th may not be out of the question? We have to play Wolves, LCFC, Spurs, Liverpool, Villa, City, Watford

Wolves (tricky but I fancy us to get at least 1 point).
LCFC (appear to be in freefall so we should win)
Spurs (they lost 3-1 to Sheff Utd yesterday and the wheels appear to be falling off - you love to see it)
Liverpool (on the beach)
Villa (may be tricky if they need points)
City (nothing to play for but pride)
Watford (will be nothing to play for on final day for them)

Is it possible to be in "freefall" when you literally can't fall down any places in the table?

I think I'd save judgement for after Saturday. A good team in form away from home - good test

Ah, LCFC.

My first post in months and it turns out I'm still a c*nt :-(

I'd say 7th is nailed on, 6th would be a minor miracle. Hope you only put a quid on the other 2 places ;-)

A Liverpool team on the beach will still be a handful for Arsenal. That bitch slapping last night will have them riled up no matter what they say. Klopp especially. They've still got the points record to aim for and tbh if they don't get it after all the hollering and shouting and media/pundit wánkfest in the end it will just be an ordinary league win...

Hmmm I seem to have turned this in to an anti dipper rant :hehe:
