I just wish this closing down had never been invented.
Closing down - goals like that and half the time the side trying to play out ends up losing the ball around half way.
"80s - hoof upfield meaning you got some scrappy goals or lost the ball around half-way.
late '90s and '00s. Build out from the back with no side hassling each other and you got sexy Wengerball passing goals.
At worst you had sterile possession.
I think we should go back to that.
