It was great hearing some of the Frogs chant ACAB on the Gilets Jaunes demos. They have to use our musical and cultural reference points because whilst they have much better food and art than us, we win on music and underground culture.

well the advice here is very vague, they say we can go out once a day for exercise. it doesn't say how long for though.
