They'll all be panic bought when the next virus does the rounds. I suspect this will be a regular occurence from now on in our lives every couple of years.

I really don't think you've grasped just how big the impact of this continuing will be. The 2008 crash is chickenfeed next to this. The impact of it and the need to pay for the fiscal measures being taken to counter it are going to wreck the economy for a generation.
