it's a bit been given a delivery slot from 7am to 6pm and they turn up at 6:30.

I'd love that. I hate the fact that they always appear there at 6 when you're struggling to get home in time, but invariably pitch up just before 7 when they're delivering a key ingredient you need for that night's dinner.

The only time it worked the other way when i had a massive delivery for my bathroom, they said between 7am and 12pm. You'd think i'd be safe at 6:45 but not at 06:30 they are already calling me saying they are outside.
