I've learnt that one of our new recruits who told me we'd given him a dud phone (which was brand new) had actually turned on call blocking for all calls.

He'd put 'problem-solving' as one of his key attributes within his CV...

I'm actually glad, f. You'd been becoming a bit happy and non-misanthropic lately. I'm glad to see your innate mistrust of your fellow man return.

:nono: You have confused 'learnt' with 'remembered', la.

Mind you, I had a dreadful hangover yesterday and had to eat sausage and crinkle-cut chips with ketchup for lunch like my mum used to make me in order to recover. It was that or curl into the foetal position.

However I have confronted him and cleared the air.

I would have allowed this to fester for many a week in the past.

They are the best shape of chips and I will fight anyone who says different. That they have gone out of fashion is due solely to the hoity-toity snooty sneering of snobby spastics.

It stands to reason.

Does your crinkle cutter have its handle to the side or above the blade, b?

This is very important...

I don't have a crinkle cutter. Crinkle-cut chips come in bags you put in the freezer.

It's the same as reading a medical textbook - makes you hypochondriac. Didn't help that it started with all the ways your hearth can kill you.
