For all Mankind, it's bloody ace.

Essentially, what might have happened if the Ruskies had beaten the US to the Moon.

Also watched Ad Astra, it's very crap

Er, it would have a Soviet not Septic flag in it, and even more Yanks would believe conspiracy theories about it. But in terms of geopol or cultural impact? Nada.

It's not a documentary, it's a TV series. Artistic license and all that

Oh my days...yes...how booooooooring was Ad Astra...for Fox sake...

I was bored a couple of years back and while looking for a film stumbled across Stargate. I saw it when I was much younger and i occasionally watched the tv shows...like flipping through the channels and stumbling across it so would watch the last 20 minutes or so. Never took it seriously.

Anyways I decided to watch the movie and then every episode of all of the various tv shows. Think there’s like 300+

Took about 5 months but was pretty darn good.

1st world issues eh...

Don’t suppose you’ve given Rick and Morty a go?

Pretty good too...

I was pleasantly surprised by The Witcher. A touch impenetrable at first if you haven't played the games/read the books, but worth persevering.

An excellent series that's crept under the radar (due to being Norwegian, I'd guess) is 'Occupied'. The premise is that the Norwegians decide to shut down their oil and gas production to move entirely to green energy and the EU and Russia conspire to stop them, with the Russians taking over their plants and eventually occupying them militarily. It's awfully good.

Yeah - I watched the first episode and struggled with it but going to watch the rest. By the sounds of it impenetrable certainly doesn't seem an apt word for some of the later episodes

 There's a high lady nuddiness quotient. Although it's greatly improved when the hunchback stops being a hunchback. Nobody wants to see hunchback sex. :-(
